The vials are made of borosilicate, a material resistant to high and low temperatures, with a wall thickness of 1mm. The vial body diameter is 22mm, the vial height is 50mm, the vial mouth outer diameter is 20mm, and the inner diameter is 12.5mm. The caps and rubber stoppers are both standard 20mm.
These 100 sets include 100 10ml glass vials, 100 plastic locking caps, and 100 rubber stoppers. The vials are clear glass, and the caps are blue.
You don't need a vial crimper to seal the vials. Simply put a rubber stopper and locking cap on the vial, then press the cap downward. The vials are sealed well and leak-free during transportation or use.
Opening the vials is also easy, without any tools. You just need to tear off the snap ring of the cap, and then you can take off the cap easily. The vials and stoppers can be reused.
