Our autosampler vials are made of clear Type 1, Class A Borosilicate Glass, featuring a very low expansion coefficient. This ensures exceptional chemical resistance, especially to acidic and neutral solutions, due to its low alkaline content. Even in alkaline solutions, they maintain their integrity, guaranteeing reliable sample handling.
STANDARD UNIVERSAL VIALS
Our HPLC sample vials are designed with a 12mm diameter, a height of 32mm, and are compatible with a wide range of leading brands, including Agilent, Bruker, Varian, Waters, Thermo, and more. This universal design ensures compatibility and ease of use across various analytical instruments.
9-425 SCREW VIALS
Each 2ml sample vial features a unique thread design, ensuring consistent sealing and reusability. These vials are non-volatile, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Amber vials with large writing patches facilitate easy identification of samples.
PRESLIT PTFE/SILICONE SEPTA
2ml clear GC sample vials come with a blue ABS screw cap and septa featuring a blue PTFE/white silicone liner. The pre-slit septa reduce flat pin curvature and prevent negative pressure formation, especially when collecting samples in large quantities. This feature is highly recommended for autosamplers by Shimadzu, Hitachi, and other instruments with finer needle specifications.
